The IRLP Discovery Reflector 9010 is located in Halifax, Nova Scotia, Canada. It is sponsored by the Halifax Amateur Radio Club supported by a special interest group of committed club members.

The IRLP Discovery Reflector is dedicated to making a positive contribution to the Amateur Radio community and to support it's growth through educational outreach.A secondary function is to also provide for public service in various ways.

We maintain 10 channels for various uses, such as distributing ARISS contact audio, nets, special events and scheduled audio events among others.
